Wounded Warrior Project Campaign We are greatly indebted to our warriors who fight and make great sacrifices for our protection and freedom. For this reason, Sierra Lobo is sponsoring its first, annual, Corporate-wide fund-raising campaign for the Wounded Warrior Project ® (WWP). We plan to run a one-month campaign starting October 15, 2015 — ending November 16, 2015. Our goal is for 100% Sierra Lobo employee participation. Sierra Lobo’s Senior Leadership is fully committed to this endeavor, and will make a separate Corporate donation to WWP. We welcome our teammates’ and customers’ participation in our campaign. 2

Wounded Warriors receiving the care they need to maximize rehabilitation and live active and healthy lives. Through adaptive sports, health, nutrition, and recreational activities, WWP helps warriors achieve independence and pursue an excellent quality of life. WWP offers higher education programs, information technology training, and employment assistance services to encourage economic empowerment for warriors to provide long-term financial stability for themselves and their families.
