2. CIGNA Party! Prince Tech Students were hired as Caterers for the Pastry Display Other Caterers involved were Ginza Japanese Restaurant (CT’s premier Sushi Restaurant) and Aramark Caters, which is one of the USA’s Largest Catering Corporations. We served over 900 guests. The CEO of CIGNA in his speech gave special recognition to our students and urged guests to visit our display even if they weren’t inclined to have any desserts. After the event the organizer came over and told our students, by far, it was the most elegant display of desserts that they ever had at any of their parties.
