4. We specialize in cakes, cupcakes, pies, pastries, and cookies. We cater to small private parties such as birthdays, tea parties, baby showers, graduations parties, office parties, and weddings. Our baked goods are sold to anyone who orders. We offer desserts custom made for those who have dietary restrictions (i.e. diabetes, gluten free, vegan, allergies, etc.).

6.  Sakeena graduated from a two-year Culinary Arts program at Erwin Technical School in Tampa, Florida before getting a masters degree in business from USF. Her 6 years of experience makes it easy to keep the place running smoothly while managing finances and income.  De’Andre graduated from Florida Culinary Institute in the international baking and pastry program. With 2 years of experience, he is in charge of the baking designs and makes sure every sprinkle is in it’s place.  Sarinaty graduated from SVA (an art and design school in NY) where she took advertisement classes. She has 4 years of experience and is in charge of the advertisement, in other words she makes sure you find us when your sweet tooth kicks in.  Kiersten, along with De’Andre, graduated from the Florida Culinary Institute in the international baking and pastry program. She has 2 years of experience and is in charge of most of the baking. ST

We make sure everything is baked to perfection and fresh for your sweet tooth. You can also have parties here in our party hall. ST

8. M ARKET N EEDS A SSESSMENT We are a loving company and we do everything possible to satisfy your every need when it comes to our baked goods. You can customize your design, flavor, and check off any dietary restrictions. At our shop any customer is welcome we don’t discriminate. You can be any age, everyone has a sweet tooth! Every year our company gives some of your money to a local charity or cause, so while your enjoying something sweet you are also doing something good! ST

9. Speaking of causes… Buy into our Little Pink Cupcake cause (each cupcake costs $1). 100% of the profit we make from our little pink cupcakes is donated to research for breast cancer. ST

10. Order a week before your birthday (with proof) we’ll give you a 20% off discount. For standard cakes, our prices range from $15 to $50 and for custom cakes our prices range from $20 to $1,000.  If you ask for something outrageous, we’ll give you something outrageous!  Our company also accommodates dietary needs so if you want to satisfy your sweet tooth with something on the healthier side then we are the shop to go to. 11. O PERATIONS AND M ANAGEMENT  Our four owners work together as a partnership to keep our Bake Shop running smoothly.  Our shop is located in Temple Terrace. To start up this company we would need a very large kitchen for cooking appliances, and a lot of space for guests considering we run a party hall. ST We will have at the most 12 employees, To be hired here there is many different jobs to apply for. We would go through interviewing process and the education level depends on the job you are applying for. The salary will also depend on the job that is being applied.  Cashier- $8 an hour  Chefs- $10 an hour  Event planning - $18 an hour Clean up after yourself! Any mess made needs to be cleaned up by the person who made it.
