Warranty i-Vu Systems Products - Warranty Policy: All products carry a manufacturer's warranty of 2 years from ship date Credit-only policy (no repairs) Defective items must be returned with an RMA# to ensure credit (retrieve RMA# via online system) Once RMA is received, defect will be verified as warranted and credit is issued to Carrier office
