6 How would you rate the comfort level of waiting room (e.g. Temperature, seating etc)? In the Reception Area, can other patients overhear what you say to the Receptionist?

7 How would You Rate the Cleanliness of the practice ? How would you rate the electronic messaging board? (electronic messaging board is use to call patients and public health announcements)

8 How would You Rate the Cleanliness of the practice toilets?

9 Action Plan Obtain queue here sign for reception area Obtain a good demographic and age group on the second survey Produce a Patient Information Pack in the reception area Ensure the toilet is clean at all time

10 Comments Advertise special sessions and services more such as STI and Family planning. I think thing are good, staff to continue being friendly All good !!!! The reception staff are always happy to help and companionate No complaints So far so good (only been with the practice for 2 weeks) the telephone call receiving staff are sometimes curt I think thing are good, staff to continue being friendly Right hand flush in the ladies toilet often doesn’t work.

11 Make it easier for disable patients because of the reception desk, why aren't their staff in the disable reception desk? make sure the Dr keep within 10min of allocated time for appointments. whenever the Dr is running late, a message should be sent to the patient phone letting him/ her know. And in those cases patients should be allowed to check-in late. List of Dr & their specialism if applicable If I was allowed to go first whenever I came to the surgery!!!! And that the chemist was at the same standard as Dr. Bingham I use this surgery regularly for myself and family, I have never had a bad service or experience. Keep up the good work and thanks. the staff behind the counter are all very nice and behave in a excellent manor. And are helpful there is no other comment I have, Apart from they are great and to carry on Extra time with GP's Baby clinic is ridicules. I arrive 5 min after the start and still had to wait over an hour to be seen. HV said that is normal, can anything be done about this? It has put me off coming to have my new baby weight.
