5. Navigate the Work Environment Layout page Menu bar Floating palettes –Page layout –Colors –Tools –Measurements Rulers

6. Open, View and Save an Existing Project Open the file: File menu -> Open View the file: Three possibilities: –View menu –Zoom tool –View percentage field Save the file: File menu -> Save

7. Create and Save a new project Create the new project: File menu -> New –Layout Name –Size options: width, height, margins –Number of columns –Facing pages or not Save the new project: File menu -> Save As
