Integrated Retail Tony Saunders EMEA VIP Meeting 3 November 2008 Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen. My name is Tony Saunders, and I’m here today to talk to you about Integrated retail, and in particular the very successful and established MX800 series products in the integrated retail space.

2 MX800 Series Overview All MX800 Series devices are equipped with powerful processors, exceptionally sharp displays, and built to be extra durable. MX870 MX860 MX850 MX830 Full-motion video Customizable trim plates Full-color display Speakers with digital surround sound Customizable trim plates Full-color display Integrated privacy shield Recessed keypad Full-motion video Brandable faceplates Full-color display Integrated privacy shield Recessed keypad ATM-style keys 16-color grayscale display Integrated privacy shield Recessed keypad ATM-style keys This is a brief overview of the MX800 product family. All of these devices are equipped with powerful processors, chemically hardened glass high resolution displays and offer exceptional durability. Starting from the right, we have the MX830 which as you can see has a gray scale display with integrated keypad and 4 ATM buttons down the side. Next to that we have the MX850 which is our colour display variant and then MX860 which is the next step up where we have removed the ATM buttons to accommodate a larger colour display. Finally we have the MX870 which is the full multimedia colour touch screen variant. 2

You can see here a snap shot of some of the customers who have been using these devices for a number of years now. What is missing from our portfolio is any real market penetration in the EMEA region. VeriFone would like to address this and you will see over the coming months a concerted effort to enable you to make this a success in your territories
