5 Evan Into the Americas Theory: most moved into America on the Bering Strait (ice bridge) and down the west coast Coincided with end of ice age (extinction of many large mammals), so a lot of the first civilization there died off. Very little is known about migration into North America Much harder to survive in the Americas, so evidence of a certain time period that they moved here is scattered and not at all exact

6 Into the Pacific MORE BOATS!!! Spoke Austronesian languages
Took agriculture with them (after the ice age) Started building societies Impact on the environment, especially Easter Islands Dylan
