Clearances If you are a volunteer (no matter what role) and you are responsible for the welfare of the girls and/or handling of funds, you are required by Pennsylvania State Law to be cleared. – ALL Leaders – Anyone who is in charge of the girls at any time – Anyone sleeping with the girls – Anyone who you arrange with to drive any of the girls (families are allowed to arrange their own carpools without clearances) – Cookie Managers – Adults at cookie booths

You can save it and come back later, but be sure to commit the order to be able to select a delivery date and time After you commit your order, you'll schedule it for delivery: Click on the My Troop icon, hover over Delivery, and click Schedule Pick Up Move the calendar to January Click on "Available Slots" Select the time that works best for you by clicking the green plus sign
