2 Cookie Sale 2016 January 14 th -March 13 th You may advertise that the sale is coming but you may NOT take any orders or money prior to 1/14/16

3 Clearances If you are a volunteer (no matter what role) and you are responsible for the welfare of the girls and/or handling of funds, you are required by Pennsylvania State Law to be cleared. – ALL Leaders – Anyone who is in charge of the girls at any time – Anyone sleeping with the girls – Anyone who you arrange with to drive any of the girls (families are allowed to arrange their own carpools without clearances) – Cookie Managers – Adults at cookie booths

7 Gluten Free Trios Chocolate chips nestled in a gluten free peanut butter oatmeal cookie. Gluten Free is picked up with initial order Ordered separately in September – check with your leader to see if any were ordered

9 SNAP+ www.abcsnap.com – Login: your email address (Troop Cookie Managers and Troop Leaders have been given access) – Password for new users: cookies (must change) – Password for returning users is carried over from last year Update troop info (pick a Delivery Station) Girls MUST be registered and in your troop hub (only leaders who have assigned themselves the role can see) to appear in SNAP (will be updated about once a week)

10 Initial Order due in SNAP by 12/7 Log in to Snap Click My Troop, then select Edit Troop Information Update all of the information, and select the Delivery Station Location (Neil Armstrong currently has pickup times available (1/8-9), Read’s has pickup times 1/5-7) Click Save Placing the Initial Order: Click on the Cookies icon then select Initial Order Place your Initial Order! You can save it and come back later, but be sure to commit the order to be able to select a delivery date and time After you commit your order, you'll schedule it for delivery: Click on the My Troop icon, hover over Delivery, and click Schedule Pick Up Move the calendar to January Click on "Available Slots" Select the time that works best for you by clicking the green plus sign

13 REORDERS, cont… PLANNED ORDERS – www.abcsnap.com, under cookies, under planned order. – Order needs to be placed by NOON the day before – no pick ups Sundays or Mondays – NO T-8 needed – If you do not pick up the order on the scheduled day, it will not be there in the future, you will need to place another planned order – Pickups are ALL OR NOTHING – You may NOT change your order at the location!

17 Online Ordering Through CoCo Command Girls send e-mails through CoCo Command (when girls register for CoCo Command their names must EXACTLY match the Troop Hub (which is viewable by troop leaders through the Online Registration System at www.gsep.org) and SNAP)www.gsep.org Friends and Family can order through the link in the e-mail (e-mail may not be forwarded) Recipient pays for shipping Orders limited to 6 or 12 of a single flavor or 8 package Sampler (1 package of each flavor) Sales will be automatically uploaded into the Snap system and shipped within 24 hours TCM does nothing

18 TRANSFERS Even exchanges/trades between troops or between your troop and the service unit cookie cupboard – NO PAPERWORK REQUIRED Uneven exchanges/trades and transfers REQUIRE A T-8 Provider enters trade into Snap+

20 MONEY All money goes into your troop account Council will pull out its portion at 3 different times – You will get 2 emails warning how much is coming out from ach@gsep.org – You are able to get a 1 week extension with a Sweep Extension Deadline Form (available at www.gsep.org)
