Increase buy power for low-income Oshkosh area shoppers Increased fruit and vegetable intake for high-need customers Complement community outreach efforts such as Weight of the Valley Increase farmer revenue and helps build the Oshkosh market

6 Incentive Program Effects: National Survey Results: 77% of customers reported increases in fruit and vegetable purchase consumption 93% reported that incentives motivated them to spend their SNAP benefits at farmer markets. 64% of vendors reported selling more produce, making more money and having More customers. SNAP Incentive programs nationally generated increased economic activity and saved or created jobs. Everyone wins with SNAP incentive programs
