4 Project Part-financed by the European Union Towards an integrated transport system in the Baltic Sea Region Project Part-financed by the European Union Towards an integrated transport system in the Baltic Sea Region 1) ma-co is the leader of two tasks: 4.2 Human capacity building in transport operations 5.4 Competence Management System in Harbour Logistics 2) Concerning these tasks there are following interested TRANSBALTIC partners: West Pomeranian Business School / PL  (Task 5.4) Region Västra Götaland / SE (Tasks 4.2 + 5.4) Region Västerbotten / SE (Tasks 4.2 + 5.4) Region Sjaelland / DK (Tasks 4.2 + 5.4) Vest Agder County / NO  (Task 5.4) LaTEDEA / LV (Tasks 4.2 + 5.4) ILIM / PL (Tasks 4.2 + 5.4)  With the exception of two partners all other partners are interested in task 4.2 and 5.4

Suggestions for processing the task and integrating relevant actors? 2) Kick off Meeting (2010) 3) Carry out research Evaluation of resources Questioning of relevant actors (enterprises / organisations) Experts consultation 4) Evaluation of research Documentation about task 4.2 Comment concerning other tasks (for example Task 3.4 Regional action plan) 5) Final Meeting (2012) 6) Final Report (2012)  Beacause of the small budget for task 4.2 face to face communi- cation and travelling should be replaced by electronic media

(ma-co, DE)? Which thematic focus could be the basis for transferring CMS (Competence Management System)? 2) Address / information of the partners and organisations involved (team MA-CO + team EMA + others) 3) Kick off Meeting (2010) 4) Selection of competence clusters / competence profiles Focus on professional profiles Add respective integrate a Competence Diagnosis System Integration of middle / higher logistics management requirements (for example CSP / Certified Ship Planner) 5) Transferring and testing CMS in EE (requirements) Web based access Which languages are necessary (de + en)? Additional programming CMS Founding a NGO to run the system for all users
