1. THE PRELIMINARY ANALYSIS ON THE REALISED EXPERIENCES The research activity is one of the most important tasks of our Project. The first step of the research activity is the preliminary analysis (SWOT) on the experiences already realised by Partners in creating Video-CV tool or similar products. The Preliminary analysis is aimed at assessing the three main practices on which the project is based: 1. The experiences realised by the City of Rome for the creation of Video Curricula addressed to users within the media sector and the training of guidance operators in shooting Video-CV 2. The practice realised by ARGE PLÖN in creating Video Curricula with long unemployed people over 45 3. Tools and methods, created and tested by IEKEP e Polydynamo, concerning scripts and interview simulations aimed at realising Video Curricula and providing this service within local counselling and employment centres.
3
THE PRELIMINARY ANALYSIS ON THE REALISED EXPERIENCES The aspects that will be focused through the preliminary analysis on the realised experiences are the following: Output, methodology, outcomes and tools/devices related to the practices of Video-CV already implemented within the partnership Weakness and strengthens of the experiences Use conditions (included the technological level) Preliminary indications and suggestions to improve and adapt the practices already realised focusing on: their efficiency in terms of job integration (impact) the evaluation of the Video-CV tool on the side of users (employment seekers) and on the side of entrepreneurships possible criticalities implied in proposing and applying changes to the analysed practices partnership specific needs and resources implied possible technological solutions implied or to be planned and implemented counselling competences needed technical competences needed organisational asset requested and implied.

RESEARCH ACTIVITY TO BE CARRIED OUT 1. DOCUMENTARY ANALYSIS A documentary research will be also realised with the input of the partners, in order to point out the state of the art about use and availability, at a European level, of the Video-CV tool. The documentary analysis is aimed at pointing out what has been achieved – in terms of Video-CV and similar tools - in Europe in general, and in particular within each participating country. Each partner is asked to contribute to the elaboration of the report by providing a brief report about the state of the art of use and availability of Video-CV tool in its country.
