1 ACTION PLAN january 2012 GULSHAN BOYS CAMPUS MADE BY MISS RIZWANA IMTIAZ URDU TEACHER PREP

2 LONG TERM GOAL Visible improvement in students to be observed by giving a collaborative environment to develop their Urdu writing skills. Focus should be on providing such environment during schooling so that students are better able to cope up with challenges of the 21st century.

4 SHORT TERM GOAL  To enable the students to improve creativity and literary skills  To Enable the students to improve their letter writing skills  To enable the students to write the summary and central idea of poem  To enable the students to improve their Urdu grammatical skills

5 INSTRUCTIONAL STRATEGIES AND TASKS  I will question each student about different things that describe him so that all students get to know each other.  I will group the class in four and ask them to read the lesson to themselves and then I will conduct a Question/answer session to elucidate the gist of the lesson so that the students are easily able to answer the quiz questions.

They will write a letter to their friend or family according to the given instructions and post it too. 7 SOLUTION TO ANTICIPATED CHALLENGES CHALLENGESSOLUTIONS Students might feel hesitant while working with others Student might feel shy / under confident while putting forward their individual tasks Some parents might be reluctant in giving internet access to their children at such a young age I will try to motivate them to put as much effort as they could individually and the final result would automatically be fine I will encourage them to give their best without worrying about the outcome I will try to convince the parents that internet access under proper supervision is not harmful

17 CONCLUSION IT has revolutionized every aspect of our world and it was just a matter of time before new teaching methods enable the teacher to better utilize their teaching skills. I am excited and looking forward to practically utilize my newly acquired teaching skills for the betterment of our children.
