4 What are Templates? Documents that are used over and over again. (1,1)

5 What is Insert? The drop down menu used to add graphics. (1,2)

6 What are headers and footers? The top and bottom of the pages that are customized with page #’s date and file information. (1,3)

7 What are Styles? A set of formatting characteristics that you can apply to text, tables and lists to quickly change their appearance (1,4)

8 What is converting to PDF? Printing Word files so that people can open them without having Word (1,5)

9 What is Outlook Today? The Welcome screen that tells you Appointments, Tasks and Unread Emails. (2,1)

10 What is AutoCreate? Being able to drag and drop an email into the Calendar Folder to automatically create an appointment. (2,2)

11 What is a Desktop Alert? A semi-transparent message box that appears in front of the current window for a few moments when a new e-mail message, meeting request, or task request arrives. (2,3)
