2 School of health for hypertensive patients is the complex of joint methods and means of individual prophylactic counseling and, particularly, work in groups for both sick and at high risk patients. It directs to:  improve awareness  work out practical habits, skills to eliminate..behavioral risk factors  raise compliance to treatment  optimize patients cure  prevent severe complications  increase their quality of life

3 The general purpose of activities, carried out at school Availability Quality Volume of medical preventive aids in different medical health care services for patients with AH

4 Tasks to : improve awareness create motivation for healthier lifestyle raise a res- ponsibility for keeping health form an active attitude to own disease work off abilities and skills raise compliance to treatment master of some self- control techniques render urgent, emergency first aid

5 Target groups and location School consists of 8-10 patients with mild, moderate and severe arterial hypertension. “School of health for hypertensive patients” can be arranged in hospitals, outpatient clinics, sanatoriums, and cardiologic dispensaries.
