2. What is career development? Career development is the lifelong process of managing your learning and work in order to build a preferred vision of your future.

3. Goals Students will develop: the capacity to envision the future in a positive way the ability to see alternatives in the labour market knowledge of skills & abilities and a sense of purpose and direction a plan to start to get there

What are my strengths and abilities? # 2 Is this a realistic possibility? Have I researched this well enough? #3 Where can I obtain additional training? How long will it take? Where will I have to go? How much will it cost? What are the demands of this program? Did I research this program well enough?
