1 Copyright © 2001-2005 Six Sigma Academy International, LLC All Rights Reserved Pg 0 Key Deployment Considerations Based on our experience we have noted that programs are biased for success when the following considerations have well-defined answers: -How will the project pipeline be filled and maintained? -What internal oversight and support structure is needed to ensure projects remain highly visible? -How will benefit validation be handled – translating process improvements to dollar benefits and margin improvement? -Will program goals be embedded in personal performance targets? -Will project benefits be factored into business objectives by business unit or department? -What are the language requirements inherent in International training and what mechanisms will be used to ensure consistency? We have the ability and experience to deliver closed projects!!!

The process may evolve over time to meet capacity needs, however the foundations should remain consistent to ensure the quality of closed projects
