Inbound – When IBO’s not with you. Calling you to borrow posture, language, direction vision and validation / Follow up Outbound – Sitting with new IBO to make appointments, follow up and all the benefits of upline support

4 INBOUND – How to do an effective 3 way:
3 Way Calling INBOUND – How to do an effective 3 way: Set up: Prospect has seen exposure….1-10, webinar, video,DVD, 1 on 1, Saturday training etc. Response is favorable. On a scale of 1-10, person is a 7 or 8.

5 3 Way Calling Proceed and say…….. Hey Joe, can you hang on for a second? They will say “Yes” because they are interested…. Then on your mobile phone press “ADD CALL”, and call your upline expert, when they answer say “Hi ………..,I have Joe on the other line (then fill them in and get them up to speed on who they are going to be talking to) . Your upline expert will go immediately into 3 way call mode

6 IT CAN BE VERY EMBARRASSING FOR EVERYONE.
3 Way Calling You then connect your expert by hitting MERGE on your mobile phone. Now all parties will be connected The whole process takes about 30 seconds. Remember you run your business, not the prospect. You never need permission to do 3 way calling. When you bring your upline on the line, edify them first. The objective is to make sure the prospect has a high level of respect for your leader. Then value your prospect by edifying and telling your upline expert what they liked most about the ACN Opportunity DO NOT…let them carry on a conversation with you first, before telling them you have someone else on the line. IT CAN BE VERY EMBARRASSING FOR EVERYONE.
