10. Hints from the Moderator...  If work going back to student for resub, no comments on it  Write up oral resub, add to written work  To reduce workload try to combine standards eg.CGI with research  Level 1: teachers are expecting too much, Level 3: work is not in sufficient depth

11. Internals: is the topic geographic?? Can you answer: What’s where? Why is it there? Why it matters?

12. Global Studies : give them the map(s)! Make sure the pattern is clear Sometimes the ‘tried and true’ topics allow students to give the best answers If using Resource Booklets, make sure material is relevant. Critique all assessments and exemplars – may not always be good practice (even TKI!)
