1 Fudge

2 Characteristics Fudge should be creamy and smooth
Overcooked- dry and hard- you can feel the sugar crystals Undercooked- gooey and doesn’t hold shape

3 Step 1 Combine Sugar, Butter and Milk in a saucepan 1 ½ C sugar
6 T butter 1/3 c. evaporated milk

4 Step 2 Cook on Medium heat until sugar dissolves
Boil fudge for 5 minutes Stir constantly

5 Step 3 Remove fudge from heat and stir in chocolate
6 oz of chocolate chips

6 Step 4 Stir in marshmallow crème and vanilla 3.5 oz of marshmallow
½ tsp vanilla

7 Step 5 Pout into a greased 9x9 pan and cool at room temperature
( place in your tightly covered bin

8 Peanut butter fudge

9 Step 1 Combine Sugar, Butter and Milk in a saucepan 2 1/4 C sugar
4 T butter 3/4. evaporated milk

10 Step 2 Sstir over medium heat until sugar dissolves
Boil fudge for 5 minutes Stir constantly

11 Step 3 Remove from heat Stir in marshmallow crème and peanut butter
¼ C of marshmallow 1 C peanut butter

12 Step 4 Pout into a greased 9x9 pan and cool at room temperature
( place in your tightly covered bin
