2 Introduction Curriculum night addresses curriculum that is designed by Chandler Unified School District based upon State and Federal Guidelines

13 How do I address possible gaps in your child’s learning ? All students are pre-assessed After pre-assessments, curriculum is designed to address areas of improvement. Areas of strength are supported through various gifted methods that are research- based. Students are monitored throughout the year using district-approved tests. Tutoring is available throughout the year.

14 What This Means CUSD CATS students have a unique opportunity to interact with one another at a challenging level during the entire day. They are not ‘gifted’ for just one hour a day or three hours a week! In addition, your child is at a very friendly school where the environment is conducive to positive social interaction with new friends at various grade levels!
