4 P&E CMAC Teleconferences and Meeting Schedule Past teleconference or meeting: May 31, 2013 – Review of P&E Survey results May 22, 2013 – Discussion of Survey output Significant coordination via email to develop and finalize P&E survey Jan. 18, 2013 – P&E Survey Development Jan. 3, 2013 – Goals for 2014 P&E Dec 12, 2012 – CMAC organization and planning 4

5 Technical Content Focus for New P&E Conference Restructuring Joint Propulsion Conference to meet customer needs  Identify hierarchy of topics within P&E  Create simple structure to address all areas within P&E Solicit input on content and structure  Input to help identify desired conference format and content Create feedback pipeline through CMAC  Keeps format “fresh” through annual pulses of industry  Provides valuable feedback to Executive Committee for P&E planning Solicited input from AIAA CMC via survey in May 2013  ~15 members responded (<10% with 5 from GE, 4 from CMAC) 5
