1 POP - Mailbox Access Note – OS & Outlook (2007/2010) should be fully patched with latest service pack and patches.

2 Go to control panel in windows – Double click on mail

3 Click on Show Profiles

4 Click on ADD – Enter Profile Name

5 Select manually configure server settings

6 Select Internet e-mail

7 Enter All the details (Name, e-mail address etc) Incoming/ Outgoing E-mail server is “exchange.simpliapp.com”

8 Enter All the details (Org Name, reply e-mail)

9 Select My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication

10 Select SSL for POP3 & Port 995, Use 587 port for SMTP & Auto communication for SMTP Select leave a copy of messages on the server

11 Outlook will perform test and prompts for authentication

12 Once authentication is successful, you will receive below screen

13 Click on finish to complete the POP3 configuration
