4 Business Idea By continuous developing we will provide better user experience than the competitors. Our users will feel glad by saving their time and helping them to be stylish in a cheap way. Our mission is to build a community where users can exchange their clothes also donate and protest against inhuman labor conditions. Vision Mission Our vision is to build a global brand application. Fashion is not an expensive hobby - spread this message to the world and allow to average people to be stylish. Users feels good, saving time, plan ahead. Satisfy the user needs, build great user experience by using our app. Our secondary aim is like a corporate social responsibility. We would like to protest against child labor and inhuman labor conditions. Idea We want to solve one of womens big problems. We would like to make easier the morning decisions. With our application it will be fast to decide what to wear, you can plan ahead for special occasions. You receive suggestions and advices what your outfit should be and if you need an umbrella or not.

18 Operation plan and KPI Within one year: Aiming the users who downloaded the APP 1.5 million. Main customer would spread in central-east Europe, in the end of year would be western-Europe. Within three year: Translates the APP to Chinese and have partnership with Chinese clothes and advertising companies. Translates the APP to Japanese as well, and use the twitter in Japanese To leap in share rate in East Asia.
