4. Teacher fosters learning enthusiasm in the classroom

5. Teacher respects and encourages students’ effort, be attentive to their need and monitor their progress

6. Teacher disciplines students. If the student has disruptive/disobedient behaviors, the parents are requested to attend the class to help/correct their child’s behaviors.

7. Teacher maintains regular communication with their parents. Teacher/TA also provides the home work to parents via email so the parents could assist students if necessary.

Also list the homework, so we can good prepare our kids before they go to school. First, make sure we have the same teacher for the rest of the year. Then make sure the TAs assist instead of doing homework. Lastly, have the teacher assign more homework. May let students watch some short video regarding Chinese story More communication with parents; Use multimedia to have more fun Talk more to individual student To make study Chinese fun for students The xx class teacher is new here. She need be better informed and more assisting and attentions from principles and managers She needs more experience and perhaps some mentoring. Ying Fang is the most amazing teacher! She sets high, reasonable expectation of the students and they are rising to the challenge. This is the best class I have ever seen. Zhu lao shi is great. She uses different teaching techniques and gives the class a variety of assignments. Alex is great. Ms. Wang is a great teacher, both my daughter and me like her. Great job, Ying! Best teacher I have ever meet. Ms. Ying Fang is doing an amazing job because her teaching changes my daughter from "hating Chinese school" to "it is actually fun in Ms. Fang's class". Big thanks to Ms. Fang! Awesome teacher. She is wonderful. No suggestion. Lucky to have her teaching my daughter.
