11 SELECTION PROCESS WTS & CONDITIONING In order of importance: –Returning students in good standing –Seniors –Juniors-Sophomores-Freshmen –Able to work in a group w/o constant supervision –Able to do Squats & Power Clean & Jerk in class during the semester –Attended Speed & Strength Camp –In Season School Athlete/Out of season Athlete –In Lottery picks when class is full
