2. Snow Event Public Interface The City created and launched a simple form for the public to utilize in order to submit snow event related issues. The goal of the online public facing form is meant to obtain the necessary information as easily as possible for follow up by City staff.

3. Snow Event Administrative Interface This interface allows the snow event information team admins to review, assign, and process submitted issues.

4. Editing Details By clicking the ‘Edit’ link, the admin can correct or adjust any details, including the map location. The marker on the map is automatically geocoded when the event address is entered.

5. Comments, Status, and more Comments about the event can be added. Each comment contains the person who made the comment, the date, and any other pertinent information. The admin can also change the status and owner of the event. All of these details can be emailed to an individual, simply by providing their email address and an optional note.

6. Map View All the events are combined onto a single map allowing all snow event information team admins the ability to see issues across the entire City. This helps to determine if there are clustered areas of concern that may require additional attention by City resources. Map markers are automatically clustered together when needed, depending on zoom level. The markers can be filtered based on several different criteria.
