3 Put butter,flour,yolk and pour the cream on the cutting board and make a smooth dough.Wrap it to the food film and let mature to the fridge overnight.

4 Filling Mix the hazelnuts in the blender, then hazelnuts, eggwhite, sugar and rum mix together.

5 Dough roll out cut it to the 4x4cm. Across put the filling and wrap it. Babies compose to the hotplate with baking paper and bake 7 minutes in the oven on the 160°C.

6 Cover the babies in the sugar.
