Hazelnut babies

Put butter,flour,yolk and pour the cream on the cutting board and make a smooth dough.Wrap it to the food film and let mature to the fridge overnight.

Filling Mix the hazelnuts in the blender, then hazelnuts, eggwhite, sugar and rum mix together.

Dough roll out cut it to the 4x4cm. Across put the filling and wrap it. Babies compose to the hotplate with baking paper and bake 7 minutes in the oven on the 160°C.

Cover the babies in the sugar.
