Make a list of the major things that you need to do this week (school, tests, doctor appointments, family events, practices, etc.) Now, block out the time that you need for each of those things this week. Include: Time for the actual activity Time to prepare for the activity Time to get to and from the activity

14 Write Goals for Your Mission
Identify your biggest time-wasters. Write a list of the top five. Identify ways that you can fix times where you waste time. Think of something you’ve procrastinated (put-off) for a long time but is very important to you. List at least one, and write an explanation of how you could find time to do this thing. Identify a fear that is holding you back from reaching your goals. List that thing, along with some ways that you could overcome this fear (maybe by using baby steps).
