3 What does the Committee do? Oversees the annual election process for: Executive Officers Board Members Special Interest Groups (SIGs) Chairpersons Nominating Committee Facilitates candidate application process

4 What does the Committee do? Supports leadership succession planning Encourages leadership development We want to fill the pipeline with future leaders!

5 Recruit applicants All year Slate candidates September Present ballot to the membership January Encourage Voting

6 Assist applicants with candidate application process Deadlines matter! Encourage members to vote Offer incentive awards to ONS chapters $750 to chapters with the highest voting percentage
