2 Introduction Description of False memory and false memory experiments.
False memory and false memory experiments might negatively influence a court case. Based on research, it is evident that eyewitness testimony is a legal term. However, false memory might mislead the jury. Apparently, false memory refers to cases in which people remember events differently from the way they happened. Based on research, a number of cases have been affected by eyewitnesses because they give false information. However, false memory might occur as a result of psychological factors. In court cases, it is mainly difficult to convince eye witnesses about events that they explain are totally wrong. Research carried out by psychologists claim that false memories are mainly influenced by distracters such as tension or confusion. However, some are normal distracters because an eyewitness wants the person accused to be behind bars. Based on research, it is evident that eyewitness testimony is a legal term. However, false memory might mislead the jury (McLeod, 2009).

3 False Memory How false memory might influence the case.
Clearly, false memory might create or differ with research executed in the same case. Eyewitness memory might forget the how the real events occurred during the robbery. According to McLeod, eyewitness might be affected by several mental disorders factors such as depression, anxiety, dementia . How false memory might influence the case. 4 Impact of False Memory Based on the case, the eyewitnesses presented might provide the jury with strong or false evidence. There several ways in which false memory might influence this case. For instance, an eye witness from the scenario might argue that he saw both men is blue cloths while in the real sense the robbers were in black cloths. CogLab experiment, an eyewitness might easily be manipulated, altered or biased. This will easily affect the meaning of the entire scenario different from the reality (McLeod, 2009) .

5 Impact of False Memory Judges focus more on eyewitness evidence and normally find it a consistent source of information.  However, research into this area has found that directly or indirectly affected by different mental disorders factors Based on the scenario, an eye witness involved in the scenario might say that the five men stormed into the bank and violently started shooting at the clients before they stole money.
