10.  Existing process:  Pull plants and bring them to shipping area for cleaning and customization.  Opportunity:  Bring customization to point-of use to minimize waste of motion.

14.  Key Try-Storm:  Combine plant prep (weeding, tagging and pot changing) with order pulling.  Including office and shipping team members provided “aha” moments.  Use a different color tag for customer name.

17.  Estimated savings of $7,000 to 9,000 annually in one process.  Nursery is making progress and tracking other improvement targets identified.
