What is Lean? 0 The core idea is to maximize customer value while minimizing waste. Simply put, lean means creating more value for customers with fewer resources. 0 A lean organization understands customer value and focuses its key processes to continuously increase it. Lean Involves Process Change Usually, there are at least three versions of any process… What you think it is… What it actually is… What you want it to be… A clear understanding and communication of the current state is essential to establishing the future state!
