The Slides tab shows you a miniature version of each slide in your presentation.

Use the Slides tab to organize the slides in your presentation.
You can cut a slide from one location and paste it into another location.
You can also drag a slide from one position and drop it in another.

In the Outline tab, click the slide icon next to each slide to move among slides.
The Outline tab displays the content of your presentation in outline form. You can use both panes to move around in your presentation.

Slide Sorter View shows you small images of all the slides in your presentation in the slides pane.
You can use Slide Sorter View to add more slides or change the order of slides in a presentation.

To move from slide to slide, use the scroll bar on the right edge of the screen or the Page Up/Down keys on the keyboard
The Next Slide and Previous Slide buttons also help you move among slides.

Presentations usually begin with a title slide. The title slide displays the title and subtitle.

When you create a new title slide, it contains a preset text box called a placeholder for the title and subtitle.

Each text box contains placeholders to let you know where to add content.

You can set up a slide show to run automatically, or you can manually move from slide to slide.
To run a slide show manually, use the Set Up Show dialog box.

You can choose to show only selected slides instead of an entire presentation.
Use the Set Up Show dialog box to:
Identify the slide numbers you want to include
Hide specific slides
Loop your presentation from the last slide back to the first

Select the slides you want to print in the Print dialog box.

Instead of printing slides, you can print handouts, which have one or more slides on each page and space to take notes.
Handouts allow your audience to follow your presentation, and they provide a record of the items discussed.
