3.  Open Internet Explorer  URL Bar: http://hrguavahttp://hrguava  From off campus: http://hrguava.colorado.edu http://hrguava.colorado.edu  Not all functions work from off campus (yet)  Address will change once site goes live

4.  Navigate where you want your content created  Uses Ribbon Controls from Office  Changes saved as draft  Nothing goes live until it is approved

6.  Is content up to date?  Consistent writing style  Proofreading  Style Guide  Accessibility (ADA Requirements)  Links

7.  User can recover prior versions  Nothing is lost  Page recovery from delete requires administrator

8.  Place to learn and test  Publishing workflow is optional  Anyone can create / publish content  Not viewable to the world  Let’s put it to practice…
