2 EMOTIONAL ABUSE What is Emotional Abuse? ​ Emotional abuse is when you are being manipulated emotionally psychiatrically, its way worst then verbal abuse Why is Emotional Abuse so common? Emotional abuse is the most common form of abuse but, it is the least talked about. It is least talked about because people tend to overlook it and act as if it is a normally accepted manor of communication. Why is emotional abuse so damaging? Emotional Abuse is so damaging because it survive its own life time. ​ ​​​ It not only damages the victims life and self confidence. Furthermore, creating a pattern of daily assaults of the inner existing.

3 TYPES OF EMOTIONAL ABUSE Emotional Abuse Through Words ​​ Emotional abuse through words is the capability to demand respect. ​​ Emotional Abuse Through Actions ​​​​ Emotional abuse through action is used because verbally just isn't enough. It can be actions such as their own or ​ actions directed at the abuser. ​​ Emotional Abuse Through Neglect Emotional abuse is when you pay little to no attention to the victim. Often expressed through the ​​ parent that physically and emotionally abandon their responsibility as parent/guardian.

5 OVERCOMING EMOTIONAL ABUSE Recognizing the abuse and its effects There comes a time in life were you no longer deny the truth because you realize it is bringing you down. On your road to recovery you realize you have so many scars from the battle you put up with your self trying to deny the truth. You soon begin to believe your own lies and become incapable of telling the truth from a lie. Getting over the past and living for the future In order to live for now. You must let go of the past and focus on the future. Don’t let your childhood ruin your aspiration to be whatever you want to do or be A Time to Heal Emotional Abuse steals away your true identity and replaces it with someone that is afraid to go into the world. It takes away all the fun, positive traits, and replaces them with fake truths and negativity.
