13 How to Get a User ID & Password: STEP 1: Go to wisconsin.gov and click on Get your Wisconsin User ID

15 How to Get a User ID & Password: Scroll down. Click Accept. Fill in the blanks.

16 How to Get a User ID & Password: Pick a user id and password and “secret question”. Then hit Submit..

30 Note: The questions you answer on the results page mirror what’s on the paper field form. This year, the Aquatic Invasives data only needs to be reported once, at the end of the season.
