2. What is it ? What is it ? TaxiMeter. It is an electronic device mounted in vehicle used for tracking & billing.

3. What does it do? It tracks the vehicle. It generates the bill. It calculates total distance traveled and total bill earned. Its also prints the bill.

4. How does it work? TaxiMeter Mounted TaxiMeter Mounted Vehicle Vehicle It works on GPS System. When trip is started then TS button is pressed and stamp is generated accordingly. TS – Means trip start. Similarly, When trip is end TE button is pressed. TE – Means trip end. Bill gets printed automatically when TE button is pressed.

5. Home Page Home Page You can see the current location of all the vehicles. You can select Location and its Sub-Location to view vehicles nearby in that particular area.

6. Entry Forms Entry Forms Cust Entry Cust Entry In this page, when customer calls that time you have to fill this form on-line. After clicking submit, user will be automatically directed to page where s/he can allocate Un- hired cabs to that customer.

7. Vehicle Entry Vehicle Entry This form is to fill the Information about the vehicle.

8. Driver Entry Driver Entry This form is to fill the information about the driver.

9. Vehicle – Driver Allocation Vehicle – Driver Allocation This form is used to allocate vehicles to drivers.

10. Bookings Bookings Unallocated Unallocated This report will show all Un-allocated requests

11. Bookings Bookings Allocated Allocated This report will show all Allocated requests.

12. Mis Report Mis Report Bill Details Bill Details This report shows all the vehicles with Total distance traveled and total fare earned. It is a drill-down report where you would find detailed report of each and every trip.

13. Booking Keepings Booking Keepings This page is to generate the report for Un-allocated or Allocated requests in selected date- range.
