3 What is Oasis? Electronic system for storing student records @ UCF: Official student record Used to track student duty hours, patient logs… Students “self-report” School uses to monitor for issues/rapid response

4 If you are just starting with Oasis: Establish data entry policy at start of academic year Inform students of policy Uniform entry policy simplifies reports process

5 UCF Policy Student enters total weekly hours in Oasis Student notes reasons for weeks >80 hours: – “two On-Call assignments” Coordinator monitors totals for ongoing compliance
