ELIGIBILITYELIGIBILITY  Should have Updated University/Institution Corporate Plan covering HETC Project Period (2010- 2015)  Updated University/Institution Corporate Plan should be complemented with Action Plans – to improve the employability of graduates, especially in areas such as Arts, Social Sciences, Humanities, Management & General Sciences – to improve the quality of External Degree Programs (EDPs), where applicable – to rebuild social capital in universities & promote ethnic cohesion among students & staff – to address student unrest issues  Should have submitted the SER for the Institutional Review  by June 2010
