Accessible only to the Universities/ Institutes demonstrated a Satisfactory Level of Performance in the 1 st Round Performance of the Sub-Projects will be assessed by the End of 2nd Year of the 1 st Round At least 65% of Financial Progress at the End of 2nd Year 2 nd Round 2 Rounds First in 2010 for 3 Years Second in 2012 for 2 ½ Years Rounds

ELIGIBILITYELIGIBILITY Should have Updated University/Institution Corporate Plan covering HETC Project Period (2010- 2015) Updated University/Institution Corporate Plan should be complemented with Action Plans – to improve the employability of graduates, especially in areas such as Arts, Social Sciences, Humanities, Management & General Sciences – to improve the quality of External Degree Programs (EDPs), where applicable – to rebuild social capital in universities & promote ethnic cohesion among students & staff – to address student unrest issues Should have submitted the SER for the Institutional Review by June 2010
