15 HOW EASY ARE YOU ABLE TO Monitor your emotions in diverse situations? Be empathetic in your responses when another is under pressure or asking for help? Accurately assess the other person’s feelings and act appropriately Respect others when you are angry, upset, jealous or afraid?

16 HOW OFTEN DO YOU …. Criticize with little regard on how your remarks are heard and felt? Partially listen when others come to you with their problems? Hate when your time is wasted by staff complaining about other members?
