PEOPLE : So and so is very clever. My ideas won’t be of any use. (Lack of Confidence) So and so doesn’t like me. I won’t go to the party if they are there. (Fear of Rejection) I don’t know what I will do if so and so is not there. (Dependency) Why can’t they put things in the right place! (Anger) I know best, why aren’t they listening to me? Circumstances : It’s raining. I feel miserable. I didn’t have a formal education. I can never have a good career. I never have any time for myself that’s why I am always unhappy. Possessions : Don’t talk to me today, someone scratched my car. (Anger) So and so has got a new kitchen fitted. I want one too! (Jealously) If I can’t find the right colour shoes, I will throw away this suit. (Frustration) Someone has moved my books, I am not going out till I find them.
