5. ENERGY SAVINGS Total absorbed power is now 17.7 KW against 32 KW of the previous installation. The overall energy saving is 45% with a saving of more than 27.4 T CO 2 e. (Tons of CO 2 equivalent) emitted into the atmosphere yearly. ECONOMIC SAVINGS The economic savings obtained are the sum of energy savings and maintenance savings over the 10 year life of the new LED fittings.
