4. Names and Role Descriptions Chair of Playing Committee: Owen Thom To oversee all playing and coaching setup/structure. To chair monthly meetings with the senior coaching staff/selection staff, feeding back to other committee members To finalise a decisions needed within the coaching/playing setup.

5. Director of Coaching Glenn Kirkham To oversee/work with all coaches within the club developing a strong coaching structure that can be carried throughout the club To work closely with 1 st team coaches offering guidance and advice where needed To work with senior development coaches To help develop youth coaches/players Coach the coaches sessions Run holiday hockey camps Help form links with local schools

6. Ladies First Team Coach Dave Messham To lead the ladies 1 st team To run the 1 st team coaching sessions To lead the team for all fixtures To work with development coaching staff within the club making sure coaching structure/systems and fed through To work with the under 18/16 girls/coach

7. Men’s First Team Coach Dillet Gilkes To lead the men’s 1 st team To run the 1 st team coaching sessions To lead the team for all fixtures To work with development coaching staff within the club making sure coaching structure/systems and fed through To work with the under 18/16 boys/coach

8. Senior Development Coaches Tony Cole and Robert Gotobed Men’s and ladies 2 nd team coaches Assist first team coaches at training where needed Develop junior development coaches and new coaches within the club including captains. Promotion of first team ethos throughout the club working closely with captains Assist lower teams/captains on match days playing at home with setup/tactics/watch players making sure they are in the correct team with a focus on youth To assist some youth sessions including support of coaches within these groups

9. Development Coaches James McCann/Paul Goodridge/Chris Devonish To coach the 3 rd teams down To support with the U16/18 boys and girls To assist the 2 nd teams when needed To work closely with the senior development coaches and attend coaching workshops

10. Men’s and Ladies Chair of Selection James McCann/Becky Budd To liaise with all coaches regarding all players To liaise with all captains regarding players and areas of support To be a regular point of contact for captains To hold regular update meetings/email correspondence with regards to team selection, players, areas or support To support captains on all areas of selection

11. Captains of 3 rd team and below To lead the team each game day To attend two coaching sessions to develop ideas/techniques to deliver to your team Promote all training sessions encouraging your team to attend Communicate with Chair of Selection weekly to feedback on players Work closely with Development Coaches Appoint a vice captain to support you and to deal with the admin duties

12. Training Nights Monday: Girls U16/18 Ladies 1 st and 2 nd team Tuesday: Boys U16/18 Men’s 1 st and 2 nd Team Wednesday: Club Training Men and Ladies Thursday: Men’s and Ladies 1 st Team
