2.  Snow owls look white, soft, has yellow eyes and has sharp claws.  It blends into the snow.  The wings of a snow owl are 5 feet long.

3.  Baby owls can’t see or smell.  Young owls are called owlets.  Babies are white and then turn beige.

6.  The long eared owl has such a flexible neck that it can rotate its head 270 degrees.  Owls have a clear third eyelid.  200 different types of owls are in the world.
