2. OCS On Account for Cyber Cafes OCS can be utilized in a cyber-café a number of ways – from totally self service to staff controlled. OCS has a database of users/accounts. These accounts are set up by the customer themselves or over the counter. Users prepay into these accounts and debit off the balance. Levels of membership are also possible. 5. When someone prints They are shown the cost of the job. All fields are optional and can be removed or edited. The user confirms printing and then releases the job. There are three ways to print.

14. OCS Report Manager Generally accounts will be debit (prepaid). Some accounts can be billed. OCS offers several reports and invoices as well as a complete audit history in comma delimited format.

16. Basic Technical Information OCS On Account requires Less that 8 PCs – One computer with NT, 2000 or XP (workstation version) other PCs can be windows 95 or better Greater than 10 PCs – One computer with NT,2000 or XP server NTS and On-Cash require Ethernet connections
