Scheduling by using Primavera® Assumptions  Working day = 8 hours  Working days are all days except Fridays and holidays.  The electrical and mechanical work done by sub contractor.  All money paid by New Israeli Shekel (NIS) and the fixed value of Dollar according to local coin was (1$=4 NIS).
