Review staff and notice periods Bring together you contract renewals and have central point Minimise the number of Suppliers Look at change of ownership clauses and tie down exit costs

Get a grip of you Social assets Groups, Followers and Twitter feeds (Xing etc) Get a Mobile App Get your polices in place Business continuity and back ups Secure you data Control Internet access to Dropbox, box and Sendfile etc Sort out compliance and get it together Link IT spend to Consultant targets Open a virtual overseas office and work the night shift
