This presentation is comprised of images, texts, facilitator’s notes, and other demonstration materials. 3 How do you design the interiors of a luxury coach? First dream it... Then draw it. This is just what the people at Featherlite Luxury Coaches in Sanford, Florida do every day: dream new ideas, draw them with a CAD program and then make them happen. Be creative with the use of features, spaces and colors. 4 Instructions: Instructions: Today, we are going to be using Power Point to design a luxury Coach. Follow these steps: Select the features you want in your coach and copy them from the Menu. 2 Sofa chair Paste your selected features into your coach template. 3 Rotate objects as needed by selecting the object, dragging the green dot. 4 Change colors of furniture & appliances as needed. 5 Start with a blank template and decide how distribute the space inside the coach. 1 Add internal walls and doorways to separate the spaces. 6 Doorway Internal wall 4

5 The bedroom area must include at least: Bed One night stand Closet area Plasma TV The kitchen area must include at least: Kitchen cabinets Refrigerator Sink Laundry Washer and Dryer If a stove is added to the design, the space should be part of the kitchen cabinets space. The cabin area must include: Captain chair Entrance door that swings 30 degrees Passenger chair The living room area must include: 5 chairs and a table or 2 chairs, a table, and a couch The office space must include: Office Desk Office chair Divide the design the luxury coach into five areas. Below are the specifications for each of the areas. Specification for Design 5 Extensions: Luxury coach designs include an extension option that will provide more space for the living room and bedroom area. This extension must retract while riding on the road, so the furniture on the extension area will retract too. Therefore, make sure your design includes a walking area when the furniture is retracted.

8 Some Drawing Tips Notice that you need to leave some room or clearance to collapse the exterior doors when driving. 1 Clearance The objects (furniture and appliances) are drawn to scale. Keep them in the same size to keep your dimensions accurate. 2 Use the Bring to Front drawing feature to place one object on top of another one. 3 Chair on top. Table on top. 8
