Re-hosting Use an % (percentage sign as a wildcard) if you do not know the exact or complete spelling of the end customers detail. 1.Enter known data in search criteria fields. 2.Click Search Entitlements. TIPS for best search results: Company is the customers parent company name, you may not know how Avaya has this represented as in master data. Therefore, we suggest that you use Group ID: which is the customer Functional Location SAP number, or click Advance Search and enter the SAP order number in the Sales/Contract # field.

9. 9 © 2009 Avaya Inc. All rights reserved. Re-hosting Review quantity Available 1.Enter quantity to re-host 2.Click Next If a new license host is added you will need to enter the Mac Address. The ability to change rehost quantities will depend on the setup of the products being activated.
